How it works

Check your schedule
Chorebot reads events from the Google calendars you have allowed it to access. Tell it your preferred date, duration, and time zone when they matter.

Agree on the details
Review the proposed time, calendar, title, location, and guests. If an email address or other detail is missing, supply it before the event is created.

Approve the event
Once you approve, Chorebot creates the event on a Google calendar you own. If guests are included, check the invite details before giving the go-ahead.
What you'll need
Connect Google in Chorebot's Connections settings. Enable calendar reading to check your schedule and event creation to book on calendars you own. Shared calendars may be readable without being available for event creation.

Common questions
Can an AI schedule a meeting but ask before sending invitations?
Yes. Tell Chorebot to prepare a Google Calendar event for your review before creating it. Check the time, time zone, calendar, and guests, then approve. An explicit instruction to create an event with all the exact details can instead provide approval upfront.
What calendar permissions does Chorebot need?
Chorebot needs Google Calendar reading access to check your schedule and the separate event-creation permission to book an event. It can only use calendars available through the access you grant.
Can Chorebot create events on shared calendars?
Chorebot creates events only on Google calendars you own. It can read accessible shared calendars when checking your schedule, but it cannot guarantee another person's availability from calendars it cannot access.
Can I schedule a meeting by text?
Yes. Connect Google with the needed calendar permissions and link your phone to Chorebot. Text the proposed date, duration, and guests, then review and approve the event details in the conversation.
Does Chorebot monitor flights or check me in automatically?
No. Live flight monitoring and automated check-ins are planned features and are not available yet.
