Find the right message
Chorebot searches your connected Gmail account for the conversation you describe. If it needs more detail to identify the message, it asks.

Review the reply
Read the recipient, subject, and message in your Chorebot conversation. Ask for changes to the wording before sending. The draft stays in Chorebot until you approve it.

Approve the send
Give the go-ahead in the conversation. Chorebot sends through your connected Gmail account and reports the result.
What you'll need
Sign in to Chorebot and open Connections. Connect Google and enable the Gmail permissions needed for your request. Reading and sending are separate permissions; you can choose which to grant and disconnect Google later.

Common questions
Can I manage Gmail through text messages?
Yes. Chorebot can search Gmail, show a proposed reply, and send after you approve in the conversation. Link your phone and connect Google with the required Gmail permissions first.
Will Chorebot send an email without asking me?
Chorebot needs your approval to send. An explicit send instruction with the exact recipient and message can provide approval upfront. Otherwise, Chorebot shows the proposed email and asks you to confirm. Ask it to draft for review when you want to check the wording first.
Does Chorebot create drafts in Gmail?
No. Chorebot keeps proposed emails in your Chorebot conversation. A draft appears as text for review; it is sent through Gmail only after you approve.
What Gmail permissions does Chorebot need?
Searching messages requires Gmail reading access. Sending requires the separate Gmail sending permission. You choose the permissions when connecting Google in Chorebot's Connections settings.
Does Chorebot have an Outlook email integration?
Chorebot's direct email integration is Gmail. There is no direct Outlook or Microsoft 365 email integration. Browser tasks depend on the website and are not equivalent to a connected email integration.
